  1. ABOUT PLAYPASS CLOUD

PlayPass Cloud is a technology platform that powers a range of separately branded consumer services. Each branded service operates under its own terms and conditions and privacy policy, which apply to your use of that service. These Terms govern the PlayPass Cloud platform itself, including account and authentication services provided through this domain. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a branded service, the terms of the branded service prevail for your use of that service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayPass Cloud from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

  1. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES AND TERMS

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. TERMINATION

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

  1. GENERAL

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayPass Cloud regarding the use of the platform services described herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms are governed by applicable law; any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
